Flower Muse Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Flower Muse, we are committed to getting your high-quality apparel to you quickly and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping, delivery, and handling procedures. Please review it to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within one (1) business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off: To be processed the same business day, orders must be placed before 6:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Shipping Methods: We currently offer standard shipping options across the contiguous United States.

  • Delivery Estimates: After dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive within 1–3 business days for most locations.

  • Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping times are estimates provided by our carrier partners and cannot be guaranteed.

Flower Muse is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value and selected shipping method during checkout.

4. Taxes

Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by applicable laws.

The exact amount will be calculated and displayed during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • We work with trusted shipping carriers.

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

  • Tracking information will be included when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Address Management & Changes

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Flower Muse is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details.

Address Changes

If changes are needed after placing your order, contact:

Once an order has entered fulfillment, modifications may not be possible.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

You may request cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once processing or shipment begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with incorrect items, contact:
